You will be responsible for leading all aspects of a bid, managing matrixed teams delivering proposal, commercial, and finance components, and engaging with senior stakeholders both internally and externally.

Your future duties and responsibilities:
  • Lead all aspects of a bid, managing competitive bids and virtual teams across multiple functions.
  • Manage the bid budget and monitor performance against KPIs.
  • Ensure timely achievement of bid milestones, including internal governance, and set realistic deadlines.
  • Ensure on-time submission of compliant, commercially sound bids.
  • Coordinate and plan client presentations for bid submissions.
  • Drive continuous improvement through post-bid reviews with internal teams and customers.
  • Work with the Sales lead to develop a clear win strategy for each bid, ensuring win themes are compelling.
  • Manage incoming bid leads, review, and provide pursuit recommendations.
  • Prepare and review the commercial aspects of bids, ensuring all products/services are included in the final price.
