Description

Great opportunity for a bid executive to support the delivery of client and prospect bids, proposals, and pitches across all Davies Group business areas.

Your New Role

  1. Work with bid team colleagues to support the coordination and production of bids, proposals, and pitches that support client growth and retention across all business areas.
  2. Engage with internal stakeholders to understand client requirements, challenges, and expectations.
  3. Coordinate bid response timetables to ensure stakeholders meet internal deadlines.
  4. Draft, edit, and proof bid content as appropriate to ensure responses align with client requirements.
  5. Maintain relevant sections of the central library of core response materials to aid efficient drafting where appropriate.
  6. Drive pricing protocol to ensure pricing requirements are understood, modelled, and approved.
  7. Support reporting of bid outcomes, live activity, and pipeline movement.
  8. Shared monitoring and management of the central team inbox ensuring timely triage of inbound communications.
  9. Efficient management of bidding opportunities, to log, validate, and track as appropriate with relevant subject matter experts.

What You'll Bring to the Role

  • Previous experience in a bid role.
  • Bid experience within the professional services sector is ideal but not essential.
  • Excellent communicator with strong copywriting/editing skills.
  • Highly organised with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks.
  • Ability to work efficiently within tight deadlines and maintain attention to detail.
