Babcock is hiring a Bid Coordinator to join our Bristol or Plymouth site with hybrid working (2 days in office, 3 from home). This 12-month fixed-term contract role supports growth opportunities through bidding, coordinating responses with leads, and managing tender documentation.
Ideal candidates are numerate with strong organisational and communication skills, capable of handling multiple tasks and deadlines, and have a degree in Business or Engineering. Security clearance will be pursued.

The role
As a Bid Coordinator, you'll have a role that's out of the ordinary. We are looking for ambitious, energetic, and detail-driven people who are brave and able to find a way to deliver - to test, learn, and adapt and raise the bar. Our customers are at the centre of all we do, so we are looking for people who can help us and our customers work together to grow our business.
Day-to-day, you'll Co-ordinate responses to growth opportunities, supporting functional leads, Business Development, Project and Bid Managers through the business winning lifecycle.
This role is full time, 37 hours per week and provides hybrid working arrangements with 2 days in the office/onsite and 3 days working from home.

Security Clearance
The successful candidate must be able to achieve and maintain Security Check (SC) security clearance for this role.
