Job description

Temporary Vacancy – Bid Coordinator (part time)

Duration:Until November 2025 (may extend)

Hours:22.5 hours Monday to Friday (3 days per week)

Hourly Rate:£15 (£16.81 including holiday pay)

Location: Leavesden, WD25 (hybrid)

The Bid Coordinator will play a crucial role in the preparation, submission, and management of bids and proposals, ensuring all tender submissions meet client requirements and deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the bid process from start to finish.
  • Review and analyze requests for tenders to determine requirements.
  • Gather necessary information from internal teams such as project management, finance, legal, and marketing.
  • Assist in preparing responses, including technical content and compliance documentation.
  • Maintain accurate records of all bid documents and correspondence.
  • Track the status of submitted bids and follow up on pending decisions.
  • Schedule meetings with internal stakeholders to discuss bid strategy.
  • Act as the point of contact for clients during the bid process.
  • Review final submissions for accuracy, completeness, and professionalism.
  • Ensure compliance with company branding, policies, and procedures.
