About The Role:

Our client, a prestigious international luxury interior design studio, is seeking a Bid Coordinator to join their London office on a permanent basis. Renowned worldwide for their refined aesthetic and high-profile projects, the studio continues to grow from strength to strength. With a robust pipeline of exciting work ahead, this role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to a thriving creative environment.

In this newly created role as Bid Coordinator, you will collaborate closely with Project Leads, the marketing team, and other departments to manage RFPs, bids, and tenders; both new and ongoing. You will play a key role in ensuring seamless communication throughout the entire bid process. To succeed in this role, you will need a sharp eye for detail, strong administrative abilities, and the ability to work to tight deadlines.

The ideal candidate will bring previous experience in a bid coordination role within the interior design or architecture sector and be comfortable operating across multiple teams. Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate RFPs and client requests from initial enquiry through to submission, working closely with senior team members and project leads
  • Support proposal development by gathering content, formatting documents, and ensuring deadlines are met
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to keep portfolios, CVs, case studies, and image libraries up to date
  • Prepare compelling client presentations and pitch packs
  • Maintain accurate records in Salesforce, tracking leads, submissions, and contact details
  • Generate pipeline reports and help ensure business development data is organised

Key Skills/Requirements:

  • Experience within the architecture/design space in a similar role
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities
  • Confident communicator with great attention to detail and writing skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and collaborating across departments
  • Proactive and team-focused with a solutions-led mindset
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and working knowledge of InDesign and Acrobat is a plus
  • CRM experience (Salesforce preferred) is desirable but not essential
