Job description

Bids Coordinator - £35,000 - £40,000

A wonderful opportunity for a bids coordinator to join the team at an awarding winning architecture practice based near Farringdon. Joining an established bids team, this is a fantastic opportunity to use your skillset and develop further working within this friendly and supportive practice. This role offers 4 days working in the office, one day remotely.

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate some bid coordination experience ideally within the architecture and the built environment sector. They are looking for a strong communicator who can communicate well across the practice. A strong ability in copy writing, proofing, and editing. A self-motivated, well organised bid coordinator with an exceptional eye for detail. A proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe InDesign is required.

Responsibilities:
  1. Supporting with bid submissions for all bid stages - PQQs, supplier questionnaires, tenders, interviews.
  2. Coordinating submission inputs, working with graphics and project teams to ensure production of high-quality documents and delivery of winning bids.
  3. Assisting with applications for company accreditations.
  4. Maintaining the bid information library in collaboration with wider team.
  5. Assisting the group management team in researching and identifying relevant market intelligence.
  6. Helping to ensure the Open Asset image library and management information system is kept up to date.
  7. Delivering presentations to client framework managers.
  8. Maintaining relationships with client framework managers.
