Job summary

Tennex Solutions is seeking a Technical Support Consultant to join its software team in a hybrid role north of London. The role blends technical support, BI consulting and customer training to help users maximize a specialist BI platform.

You will work with leading BI tools and be responsible for translating requirements into practical reporting solutions, with emphasis on data, databases and reporting environments.

Qualifications

• Background in Business Intelligence and reporting.
• Experience using BI and reporting tools to deliver insights.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for BI software and related installations, upgrades and configurations.
• Consult with customers to understand reporting needs and deliver solutions from scoping to deployment.
• Deliver structured online training sessions and contribute to user guides and documentation.
• Translate customer requirements into practical reporting designs and data solutions.
