Job Title: BI Reporting Lead

Location: London OR Bristol 3x days a week.

Salary: £500-£575 Per Day

We are seeking a BI Reporting Lead to join one of key clients' Technology divisions. This role is responsible for managing the Portfolio reporting tool and working with portfolio team leads to automate reporting across product, project, and portfolio levels. You will collaborate with the Portfolio Planner to streamline the investment allocation and decision-making processes. Additionally, you will work with key stakeholders including Finance, HR, and Product/Business teams to consolidate and automate portfolio and technology reporting.

You will lead the activity around implementing and embedding a future-ready, AI-driven portfolio tool and manage the Technology KPI dashboard using Power BI. This role also involves creating compelling presentations for key business submissions such as QBRs and AOP.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage and automate reporting for product, project, and portfolio levels.
2. Collaborate with the Portfolio Planner to optimize investment decision-making processes.
3. Work with Finance, HR, and Product/Business teams to streamline reporting.
4. Lead efforts to implement AI-driven portfolio tools and enhance the Technology KPI dashboard.
5. Provide presentation support for key submissions (QBRs, AOP, etc.).

About You:

1. Proven experience working in Agile environments with product methodology.
2. Strong change management skills in portfolio and outcome-driven delivery.
3. Expertise in Power BI and reporting tools, with experience in AI-driven reporting.
4. Exceptional communication skills, including business storytelling and PowerPoint deck creation.
5. Strong numeracy, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
6. Collaborative team player with excellent stakeholder management skills.

Minimum Criteria:

1. Experience with Power BI and portfolio/product tooling.
2. Strong commercial and financial experience.
3. Understanding of technology operating models and the evolving tech landscape.
4. Ability to create and execute strategy in a product-led organisation.
