Job summary

Cathcart Technology is seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst to join our Glasgow team. The role sits across BI and Power Platform development, building reporting solutions in Power BI and SSRS, and developing Power Apps and Power Automate to improve business processes.

This fully onsite position requires strong SQL/data modeling skills, stakeholder engagement, and the ability to translate requirements into dashboards, reports and applications.

Qualifications

• Developing and deploying BI or reporting solutions.
• Power BI reporting and dashboards creation.
• SQL skills and working with data models.
• Gathering requirements directly from business stakeholders.
• Strong communication skills to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Developing Power Apps and Power Automate solutions.

Responsibilities

• Build dashboards, reports and applications across BI and Power Platform.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Deliver end-to-end reporting and application development with ownership.
• Work on data from multiple sources and centralised databases to provide business value.
