The Role:

You will join a dedicated Insight and Data Analysis team, transforming raw data from multiple clients, gathering necessary data sets, and presenting insights visually through interactive dashboards. Projects are delivered within deadlines, so the work is varied and fast-paced. The role involves capturing and interrogating customer data, identifying trends, and asking 'why?' to build dashboards that enable clients to make data-driven decisions.

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate:

• A Degree in a Data Analysis-related subject (e.g., Computer Science, Statistics, Data Science)
• Residency within commuting distance to Newport Pagnell
• 3+ years' experience in a similar role with a passion for data analysis and career progression
• Strong Power BI, SQL, and Python skills, along with experience in advanced analytics tools
• An interest in AI, with experience or ongoing studies in AI applications in analytics
• A keen learner, resourceful, and able to thrive in a fast-paced team environment
