Job summary

Candour Solutions is seeking a BI Developer to join the Warrington team, working across BI, reporting and data solutions. This hands-on role focuses on SQL development, SSRS and Power BI reporting, and data integration to turn business data into clear insights.

You will collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements, develop data solutions and drive improvements in reporting processes and data quality. The role offers opportunities to grow into broader BI responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on SQL skills and a good understanding of relational databases.
• Experience writing queries and stored procedures for reporting or analysis.
• Experience with SSRS and report development.
• Experience or exposure to Power BI with dashboards and data visualisation.
• Good understanding of data structures and ability to optimise queries and processes.
• Exposure to SSIS / ETL development.

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimise SQL queries, stored procedures and data structures.
• Build and maintain SSRS and Power BI reports and dashboards.
• Support data modelling, ETL and SSIS processes.
• Troubleshoot data, reporting and performance issues.
• Work with stakeholders to deliver effective BI solutions.
• Improve reporting processes, data quality and overall efficiency.
