Are you a skilled BI Developer looking for your next challenge?

We are seeking an ambitious and detail-oriented BI Developer to support the BI function of a fast-paced and innovative Lloyd’s syndicate. You'll play a key role in maintaining and developing Power BI reporting solutions and data warehouse systems for internal and financial reporting.

If you have a strong SQL background, experience in Power BI, and a basic understanding of the insurance market, we’d love to hear from you!

What You’ll Be Doing

1. Designing and developing BI solutions in cloud and on-premise environments
2. Creating and maintaining Power BI reports and models
3. Troubleshooting and triaging BI-related issues (Jira)
4. Supporting ETL development and DevOps pipelines
5. Monitoring and resolving daily job failures within agreed timeframes
6. Collaborating with stakeholders to ensure data solutions meet business needs
7. Maintaining data architecture, warehouses, and databases
8. Ensuring full unit testing and change control before deployment

What We’re Looking For

1. Experience in Power BI and Microsoft Office suite
2. A basic understanding of the Insurance market
3. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
4. Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
5. A proactive team player with strong communication skills
