Role: BI Developer

Location: Warwick, CV34 6TE - Hybrid working, 3 days in office, 2 days from home (one of which is a Friday)

Hours: 37 hours per week | between 08:00 and 16:30 Monday to Thursday, and 08:00 - 13:00 Friday

Are you passionate about turning data into powerful insights? We’re looking for a proactive and analytical BI Developer to join our Finance team in Warwick!

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop impactful Power BI dashboards and reports
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and deliver data-driven solutions
• Promote self-service reporting and support colleagues in Power BI and Excel
• Ensure data quality, accuracy, and performance across all visualisations
• Drive a data-driven culture by training and empowering users
  
  

Ideal Candidate

• Strong experience with Power BI, DAX, and data modelling
• Skilled in translating business needs into actionable insights
• Confident working with ERP data and in manufacturing environments
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Microsoft Certified: Data Analyst Associate (or equivalent) preferred
