Job summary

Tenth Revolution Group is seeking an experienced BI Developer/Consultant to design and deliver a scalable analytics platform using Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power BI. The role spans requirements gathering, data modelling, ETL design, and governance, with hands-on development across data warehouses and self-service BI solutions.

Hybrid 2-3 days onsite in Rugby initially, then predominantly remote, with an immediate start for a 3-month contract at £400 per day Outside IR35.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering enterprise BI platforms, not just reports.
• Strong stakeholder management and requirements gathering.
• Proficient in SQL Server, data modelling, and DAX/Power Query.

Responsibilities

• Gather reporting requirements through stakeholder workshops
• Design and develop data warehouses, reporting marts and analytical data models
• Build scalable ETL processes and data pipelines
• Create dimensional models, fact tables, dimension tables and star schemas
• Develop Power BI semantic models, dashboards and reports
• Write and optimise DAX measures and Power Query transformations
• Define KPIs, metrics and reporting standards
• Improve reporting governance, data quality and consistency
• Extract, model and report on Microsoft Dynamics CRM/ERP data
• Develop reusable reporting platforms and self-service BI capabilities
• Deliver operational, management and executive reporting

BI Developer

£400 per day Outside IR35 3-Month Contract

Rugby, Warwickshire (2-3 days onsite during the first 2 weeks, then it will be moe flexible)

We're supporting a client looking for an experienced BI Consultant/Developer with strong Microsoft Dynamics and Power BI expertise to help design and deliver a scalable reporting and analytics platform.

This role requires someone who can bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams, working across the full BI lifecycle from requirements gathering and data modelling through to dashboard delivery and reporting governance.
