What You Will Do

We are looking for an experienced BI Developer/Engineering who will take a crucial role in enabling our business data infrastructure. As a BI Developer in our BI & Analytics team, you will design, build, and develop our data infrastructure. You will handle data coming from all business units of the company and crunch it into a coherent and logical data model that will support the company's business and analytics needs.

As a key member of the Glassbox Analytics team, you will work closely with several teams within Glassbox, including Sales, Finance, Marketing, Customer Success, and more.

Responsibilities

• Developing, implementing, and supporting robust, scalable solutions to improve business analysis capabilities.
• Take part in developing the company DHW capabilities and infrastructure.
• Transform business requirements into BI solutions by collaborating with business focal, analysts, senior managers, and other organizational stakeholders.
• Build end-to-end data flows and data enrichment processes.
• Create ETL processes, pulling data from various APIs & ETL tools.
• Develop and maintain logical and physical data models.
• Manage data pipelines from multiple sources, including designing, implementing, monitoring, and maintaining.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data accessibility, quality, and security.

What will you need?

• At least 3 years experience as BI developer/Data Engineering - must.
• Proven experience with data warehousing, modeling paradigms and architectures, proficient in DWH methodologies and best practices – must.
• Experience with ETL/Data Management tools such as Rivery, DBT, Fabric etc. - must.
• Experience with Google BigQuery/Snowflake/Redshift or any cloud DWH platforms.
• SQL Expert with proficiency in complex queries – must.
• Proven experience in developing ETL/API processes in coding language (Python).
• Experience in analyzing and transforming data into impactful visual insights - advantage (PowerBI, Tableau, Qlik or other).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask and handle various priorities in a high-paced environment.
• Fast learner & independent.
• Excellent verbal and communication skills in English.
• B.Sc. in Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems or equivalent experience – must.

An Advantage

• Python programming experience for data manipulation & analysis.
• Experience with working in SAAS Company and familiarity with main used KPI’s.
