Job description

BI Data Analyst for an Ecommerce Company [363]

The CGK Linens is a fast-growing e-commerce company selling across Amazon and other platforms. They thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment where data is at the heart of their decision-making. As they scale, they’re looking for a sharp and proactive BI Data Analyst to lead their data operations and elevate their business intelligence capabilities.

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly analytical and communicative BI Data Analyst with hands-on experience working with Amazon Seller Central data. You will play a critical role in shaping the company’s data strategy and reporting infrastructure. This is a high-impact role where you’ll bridge technical and non-technical teams, ensuring data is clean, accurate, and actionable.

This is a Full-Time remote role.

We are looking for a BI Data Analyst specifically with these requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in a BI/Data Analyst or similar role
  • Experience with Amazon Seller Central data is a strong plus
  • Proficiency in SQL, Google Sheets/Excel, and data visualization tools (Power BI or Tableau)
  • Experience working with APIs, ETL pipelines, and data integration tools
  • Excellent communication skills – able to explain complex data to non-technical stakeholders
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail

Your responsibility will include (but not limited to):

  • Owning and managing the company’s end-to-end data analytics efforts
  • Cleaning, structuring, and maintaining data from Amazon and other platforms
  • Building dashboards and creating insightful visualizations in Tableau or Power BI
  • Translating business needs into technical requirements and data-driven solutions
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams – including marketing, operations, and finance
  • Ensuring data accuracy and consistency across reporting
  • Identifying trends and patterns to uncover growth opportunities
  • Proactively recommending actionable insights that drive results
  • Location-independent role – work from anywhere
  • Be part of a company that values autonomy, ownership, and results
  • Opportunity to shape and lead the BI strategy in a fast-growing company
  • Work alongside a strategic, cross-functional team

This Position Is Perfect For You If…

You thrive on structuring and analyzing data.

You enjoy working with complex datasets, especially from platforms like Amazon Seller Central, and take pride in cleaning, organizing, and transforming raw data into meaningful insights.

You're a visual storyteller.

You’re skilled at building clear, actionable dashboards using tools like Power BI or Tableau, helping teams make informed decisions at a glance.

You’re proactive and detail-oriented.

You take ownership of your work, double-check your outputs, and are always thinking ahead, identifying opportunities, fixing data gaps, and suggesting better ways to report.

Our hiring process is made up of four parts, so please be aware that you will need to dedicate time for a questionnaire, a video, and two 1-on-1 interviews.

Thank you for taking the time to consider this position. I look forward to hearing from you soon
