Warner Hotels is seeking a BI Analyst to turn data into actionable insights that drive commercial decision-making. Based at our Hemel Hempstead hub, you will collaborate with commercial and operations teams to translate strategic objectives into reporting and identify revenue opportunities.

The role requires strong Power BI and SQL skills, a numerate degree, and a proactive mindset to uncover patterns and drive performance.

Job description

The BI Analyst is responsible for delivering timely, actionable insights that support commercial decision-making and enhance business performance. Working closely with commercial and operational teams, the role translates strategic objectives into meaningful analysis and reporting. It proactively identifies revenue, margin, and demand opportunities through detailed performance and trend analysis, while monitoring and explaining commercial results to highlight key drivers, risks, opportunities, and variances. Insights are communicated clearly and confidently to help stakeholders prioritise focus areas and take impactful action.

• Strong understanding of commercial performance drivers, including revenue, demand, pricing, and customer behaviour.
• Working knowledge of how core business functions interact, enabling insight to be interpreted in a broader commercial context.
• Understanding of the end-to-end customer journey and its impact on overall performance.
• Clear awareness of how insight and reporting support decision-making at different levels of the organisation.
• Ability to apply business context to data, turning analysis into commercially meaningful insight.
