Job summary

Warner Hotels, based at our Hemel Hempstead hub, is seeking a BI Analyst on a 6 month fixed contract to turn data into insight that drives informed, commercial decision-making for the business. Through a curious and analytical mindset, the role helps the business understand performance, identify opportunities, and act with confidence.

The BI Analyst is responsible for delivering timely, actionable insights that support commercial decision-making and enhance business performance.

Qualifications

• Educated to degree level (or equivalent), ideally in a numerate or analytical discipline.
• Some experience working with data, analysis, or reporting (through study, placements, internships, or early career roles).

Responsibilities

• Deliver timely, actionable insights to support commercial decision-making.
• Translate strategic objectives into meaningful analysis and reporting.
• Identify revenue, margin and demand opportunities through performance and trend analysis.
