As we scale, we're looking for a talented BI Analyst to join our analytics team and help our clients extract true business value from their data.

The Role

As a BI Analyst, you will play a critical role in helping our clients understand and optimise their CRM and business performance through data-driven insights. You'll work closely with client stakeholders, CRM specialists, and data engineers to develop scalable dashboards, uncover trends, and turn data into action.

This is a great role for someone who's passionate about business intelligence, CRM systems, AI integration, and delivering consultancy-style impact.

  • Collaborate with data engineers to ensure clean, reliable, and well-modelled data pipelines
  • Translate CRM and behavioural data into actionable insights to support marketing, sales, and customer success
  • Build KPIs, performance trackers, segmentation models, and churn/retention reporting
  • Work on AI-integrated BI projects (e.g. predictive churn, lead scoring, customer clustering)
  • Create documentation, user guides, and training materials for clients
  • Present findings and recommendations to senior client stakeholders

Tech Stack You'll Work With

  • BI Tools: Power BI, Tableau, Looker, Google Data Studio
  • Data Warehousing: Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift, SQL Server
  • CRM Systems: Salesforce, HubSpot, Dynamics , Zoho
  • ETL Tools: dbt, Fivetran, Talend, Alteryx

  • 2 years' experience in a BI, data analyst, or similar analytics role
  • Advanced SQL skills and experience querying large, complex datasets
  • Experience with at least one major BI tool (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, etc.)
  • Strong communication skills - you can explain data to non-technical stakeholders
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms and understanding of customer lifecycle metrics
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, client-facing environment
  • Experience in a consultancy or agency environment
  • Python for data wrangling or basic machine learning use cases
  • Familiarity with AI/ML concepts (classification, regression, clustering, NLP)
  • Exposure to dbt or other data transformation tools
  • Experience with A/B testing, segmentation analysis, or forecasting models
  • Knowledge of marketing or sales analytics (e.g. attribution, funnel metrics)

What They Offer

  • Competitive salary performance-based bonus
  • 25 days holiday your birthday off
  • Hybrid/remote-first working with flexibility
  • Dedicated personal development budget
  • Laptop, tools & software provided
  • Exposure to cutting-edge AI and CRM integration projects
