Impact Futures Group in Birmingham is seeking a talented BI Analyst to join our growing BI team. You’ll create and maintain Power BI dashboards, analyse complex datasets and provide reporting for senior leaders and clients, turning data into actionable insight.
Working with MIS, CRM and E-Portfolio data, you’ll present findings clearly and influence decisions. The role is hybrid, with weekly office attendance and opportunities to shape reporting across the organisation.

This is a hybrid working role; a blend between working from home and our Birmingham office. It will require attendance to
Birmingham office at least once per week.
We’re looking for a talented and analytical BI Analyst to join our growing BI Team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working with data, solving problems and turning complex information into
meaningful insights. You’ll play an important role in providing reporting and analysis to our Senior Leadership Team and wider
business, as well as creating bespoke reports and dashboards for Directors and senior stakeholders.
You’ll work across existing reporting, developing new and bespoke solutions, and using your analytical skills to uncover the
stories behind the data.
Our current reporting environment is primarily Power BI, with data driven from our MIS, CRM and E-Portfolio systems.
We’re looking for someone who is naturally curious, self-motivated and confident in challenging the status quo. You’ll be
comfortable using statistically robust approaches to identify and communicate:
You’ll also be comfortable working with different formats and unstructured datasets, looking at information from different
perspectives to uncover valuable insights.
Most importantly, you’ll be a confident communicator who can take complex data and turn it into a clear, engaging story for a
range of audiences.
