Job Role

We are seeking a Business Intelligence and Insights Analyst to join the Performance and Insights Team, initially supporting Children Social Care Services. The role involves working within a busy, innovative team dedicated to positive change in the city.

The BI and Insights Analyst will:

  • Lead on specific intelligence performance reporting and insights
  • Support the council's data understanding through linkages, modeling, and visualization
  • Collaborate with relevant services to provide intelligence for decision-making
  • Work across the Planning and Informatics Team on various projects

Candidate Requirements

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Knowledge of reporting and data systems
  • Understanding of performance and reporting frameworks
  • Ability to analyze complex issues and exercise critical judgment
