Position Overview

We are seeking a BFC Technician to join our dynamic team at Culligan UK Limited. As a BFC Technician, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and servicing our water filtration systems. This position offers a great opportunity for growth within an established company that values innovation and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Conduct site surveys and install water filtration systems.
2. Perform repairs, service, exchanges, and collections on-site to ensure customer satisfaction.
3. Manage stock and inventory accurately and timely, ensuring all necessary parts are available for service tasks.
4. Work efficiently within tight daily schedules.
5. Attend our Service Centre as required to replenish supplies and equipment.

Qualifications & Skills:

1. Proven experience in plumbing or electrical fields preferred, but full training will be provided.
2. A full and valid driving license with a maximum of 6 points.
3. Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues effectively.
4. Strong DIY skills and experience with power tools.
5. Excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport with customers.
