BeyondTrust Platform SME is sought by a London-based law firm to maintain and optimise their privileged access estate, focusing on BeyondTrust EPM and PRA. The role is primarily remote with occasional travel to London for stakeholder meetings and workshops.

You will administer the BeyondTrust platform, perform maintenance, upgrades, health checks and policy management, and collaborate with Security, IT and Service Desk teams as part of a regulated environment.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with BeyondTrust EPM and PRA.
• Experience managing BeyondTrust appliances and configurations.
• Strong PAM principles and security best practices.
• Experience patching, upgrading and maintaining platforms.
• Troubleshooting and root-cause analysis skills.
• Experience collaborating with vendors and support teams.
• Excellent stakeholder communication and documentation.

Responsabilités

• Act as SME for the BeyondTrust platform.
• Administer and support BeyondTrust EPM and PRA solutions.
• Perform platform maintenance, patching, upgrades and health checks.
• Manage BeyondTrust appliances, configuration and administration.
• Create, maintain and optimise privilege management policies.
• Provide advanced troubleshooting and incident resolution.
• Liaise with BeyondTrust vendor support for incidents and enhancements.
• Ensure platform security, availability and performance meet needs.
• Support audits, governance and compliance on privileged access.
• Collaborate with Infrastructure, Security, Service Desk and End User Computing teams.
