The Role: Beverage Server - Casino Beverage

Responsibilities:

• Take and prepare beverage orders or relay them to the bartender
• Collect orders, garnish drinks, serve to guests with napkins
• Compute bills and accept payments
• Verify legal age of customers when necessary
• Clear empty glasses and bottles, maintain cleanliness
• Provide friendly, courteous, and timely service
• Keep the service area stocked and orderly
• Serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
• Ensure exceptional customer service
• Follow safety rules and communicate effectively with staff and guests
• Adhere to policies and procedures

Additional Functions:

• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
• Must be ABC certified at hire
• Ability to push/pull beverage carts weighing 350 lbs
• Learn point of sale system and guest service standards
• Basic math skills
• Good English communication skills
• Reliable attendance, including weekends, holidays, and nights
• Pass background check and obtain DE Lottery license
• Professional appearance and appropriate attire
• Speak, read, and write English proficiently
