Job summary

Adecco is recruiting for a Technical Operator to join a fast-paced beverage manufacturing environment. The role is a long-term temporary assignment with start ASAP and end date 31 January 2027, offering 4 on/4 off shifts and competitive hourly rates.

You will operate the Depalletiser and packing machinery, monitor processes, ensure quality and packaging readiness for dispatch, while maintaining safety and housekeeping standards.

Qualifications

• Previous factory, production or manufacturing experience.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Good attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Reliable and hardworking approach.
• Willingness to work a rotating day and night shift pattern.

Responsibilities

• Operate and support the Depalletiser (Depal) and Packer machinery.
• Work as the 2nd Packing Operator within the production team.
• Monitor production processes to ensure efficiency and quality standards are maintained.
• Package finished beverage products ready for dispatch.
• Operate packing machinery that packs bottled products into boxes.
• Carry out routine checks and report any issues.
• Maintain high standards of housekeeping and health & safety.
