Job Description:

The successful candidate should be a graduate who:

  • Will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the Hub to provide students with the support and academic development required.
  • Works closely with all members of the Behaviour Support Team and DHT/AHT for Behaviour, Attitude & Culture to provide effective restorative approaches, address student disengagement, and reduce the risk of further exclusion.
  • Liaises with external organisations and provides support, guidance, and information to parents and carers.
  • Works in a school that invests in developing and growing staff through internal and external CPD opportunities.
