Job summary

This commercial role blends kitchen design expertise with strong sales and customer relationship skills, from initial enquiry through to order, including bespoke designs, quotations and ensuring opportunities are maximised.

Qualifications

• This role requires experience in kitchen sales, design, or similar KBB environments.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Proactive sales follow-up and product knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Meet with customers to understand requirements, budget and timescales.
• Create bespoke kitchen designs using AutoCAD and Fusion.
• Produce designs, quotations and presentations with accuracy.
• Develop opportunities from initial contact through to order.
• Follow up quotations and leads to maximise sales.
• Build relationships and provide high-level customer service.
• Identify upsell opportunities and manage sales pipeline.
• Liaise with internal teams to ensure accurate order delivery.
