Job summary

Energy Jobline CVL is seeking an experienced Joinery / Bespoke Furniture Estimator to prepare accurate estimates and quotations for high-end joinery and furniture projects. You will review drawings, materials and supplier quotes while coordinating with clients and project teams to ensure competitive pricing and timely handovers.

The role requires strong numerical skills, Excel proficiency and a solid understanding of joinery manufacturing processes.

Qualifications

• Experience estimating bespoke joinery, furniture, cabinetry or manufacturing.
• Strong understanding of joinery construction and manufacturing processes.
• Ability to read technical drawings and specifications.
• Good knowledge of materials, finishes, ironmongery and hardware.

Responsibilities

• Prepare estimates and quotations for bespoke joinery and furniture projects.
• Review drawings, specifications and client requirements.
• Calculate materials, labour, manufacturing and installation costs.
• Price bespoke joinery, cabinetry, furniture and associated works.
• Obtain and review supplier/subcontractor quotations.
• Liaise with clients, designers, production and project teams.
• Review design changes and provide revised costs.
• Support value engineering and alternative solutions.
• Prepare clear, accurate client quotations.
• Assist with project handovers once secured.
