Job summary

Mitchell Maguire Recruitment Ltd is recruiting for an Estimator – Bespoke Joinery based in Leicester. Salary £55,000 + discretionary bonus. You will handle high-end bespoke joinery projects, review tender scope, produce BOQs from drawings, and maintain tender records to meet customer deadlines.

You will build relationships with contractors and suppliers, manage large projects up to £750k, and apply strong numerical, analytical and commercial skills. Excel proficiency is essential.

Qualifications

• Must have experience as an Estimator working within the bespoke joinery sector.
• Strong numerical, analytical and commercial skills.
• IT literate, particularly Excel.

Responsibilities

• Review tender enquiries to determine scope of works and project deadlines.
• Taking details from drawings to produce BOQs allowing for a timely return of quotations for customer deadlines.
• Keep good documentation of tenders and quotations on internal database.
• Contact customers dealing with queries and providing additional technical information.
• Establish and maintain relationships with contractors and suppliers.
• Managing large projects up to a value of £750k.
