Job summary

We are seeking an experienced Bench Hand Joiner for a permanent role in the Halifax area. You will manufacture bespoke joinery and display units from technical drawings, using hand and power tools to achieve high-quality results.

The role involves collaborating with design and production teams, meeting deadlines, and maintaining a safe workshop environment with quality checks on finished products. Candidates should have joinery workshop experience, the ability to read drawings, and ideally

Qualifications

• Experience in a joinery workshop environment.
• Ability to read drawings.
• Experience using woodworking machinery and power tools.
• Understanding production schedules.
• Understanding of raw materials properties and applications.
• Joinery qualifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manufacture joinery work on secured works orders.
• Work in accordance with health and safety guidelines and company policies.
