Job summary

Adecco Portugal is seeking a Bespoke Designer for a 12 Month Rolling Contract in Crewe, with three days onsite. You will deliver 2D and 3D design proposals, leveraging CAD models and visual media to meet ergonomic and technical standards.

Qualifications

Proven ability to develop forward‑thinking and innovative design proposals.
Strong problem‑solving skills with a flair for creative solutions.
Excellent communication skills, capable of presenting ideas at all levels within the organisation.
Proficient in 2D and 3D design software, including Photoshop and CAD applications.
Up‑to‑date knowledge of competitor design trends and state‑of‑the‑art technologies.

Responsibilities

Create innovative design proposals in 2D (sketches, renderings) and 3D (CAD models).
Analyse technical information to troubleshoot issues during development and ensure aesthetic quality.
Collaborate with the Lead Designer and cross‑functional teams following the Product Emergence Process.
Plan project timelines, report status, and ensure on‑time delivery with external partners.
Lead 3D design development and coordinate documentation for design input and model development.
