Job summary

Responsibilities

• Provide strong clinical and managerial leadership to the Berwick CRS Physiotherapy Team.
• Lead and develop the CRS Physiotherapy Service and contribute to NHS 10-Year Plan delivery.
• Drive service improvement initiatives and support workforce development.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary colleagues, local authority and partner organisations to improve patient outcomes and experience.
• Carry a clinical caseload alongside line management duties.
