Primary responsibilities

• Pouring drinks only when slip printer produces an order, serving food at the bar, preparing condiments for drinks, changing beer and tonic kegs, and general cleaning of the work area
• Constantly keeping the area clean and neat-tables, floor, chairs, service station
• Assist other employees as needed
• Pre-bussing tables
• Stocks liquor and bar items following delivery
• Replenishing glassware, cutting and slicing garnishes, obtaining beverage supplies
• Maintaining and balancing cash drawer
• Serving alcohol responsibly and observing customer's alcohol intake
• Rotating stock
• Preparing drinks, batch recipes, and mixing to specifications

Position requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Some heavy lifting (25-30lbs)
• Ability to work under pressure
• Remain standing and active for a 9-hour shift
