BERT OGDEN FIESTA NISSAN SERVICE DEPT PORTER
POSITION TITLE: Automobile Porter
DEPARTMENT: Service
REPORTS TO: Service Manager/Sales Manager
The Automobile Porter performs various duties as listed below.
- Assist with service write-up and tagging customer cars and trucks.
- Provide transportation for customers to their homes and workplaces.
- Maintain cleanliness around the service department and showroom.
- Pick up mail and handle other pick-ups and deliveries.
- Participate in dealer trades, including completing all necessary paperwork.
- Inspect vehicles for condition and missing equipment upon receipt and delivery.
Qualifications:
- Knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance.
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
- Valid Texas driver's license with a good driving record.
- Ability to pass a drug test and background check.
- Manual dexterity and good judgment.
- Ability to operate machinery safely.
- Willingness to drive across surrounding states to pick up vehicles.
- Ability to drive manual transmission vehicles.
- Outgoing personality and ability to make a good impression on customers.
