Description

FIESTA NISSAN SERVICE ADVISOR

Service Advisor Responsibilities
  1. Answer Phone Calls, Emails and Drive In's to address any customer concern with the highest level of response and attention.
  2. Return missed phone calls and emails from customers.
  3. Determine if technical solution can be resolved over the phone; escalate immediately to Shop Foreman / Service Manager to provide immediate attention.
  4. Accurately record issues and data into Dealer Management System. Attention to detail is critical.
  5. Conduct transactions with the system; walk customer through correction and provide summary.
  6. Communicate estimated completion time, regular updates, and follow through on each customer vehicle.
  7. Coordinate the detail of every vehicle prior to delivery.
  8. Coordinate the delivery time or pick up with each customer.
  9. Follow up with Customer on services provided; ensure they are satisfied with the work performed.
  10. Perform other duties as requested.
Requirements
  1. Knowledge of methods, techniques, parts, tools, and materials used in the maintenance and repair of vehicles.
  2. Experience in operational use and maintenance of a wide variety of hand power tools, shop tools, and automotive and electrical test equipment.
  3. Understanding of basic automotive techniques related to repair and servicing of automobiles.
  4. Ability to follow oral and written instructions with attention to detail.
  5. Willingness to learn new and innovative automotive technologies.
  6. Ability to establish and maintain cooperative working relationships with those contacted in the course of work, including the public.
  7. Perform detailed daily record keeping and reporting.
  8. Effectively handle multiple priorities, organize workload, and meet deadlines.
  9. Work in a team-based environment and achieve common goals.
  10. Familiarity with Dealer Management System(s), Outlook, and MS Office.
Qualifications
  1. Must have and maintain a valid driver's license and an acceptable and safe driving record.
  2. Must be 21 years old or older.
  3. Must pass a drug test screening.
  4. Must pass a background screening check.
