Job summary

AON INSURANCE MANAGERS (BERMUDA) LTD. is seeking a Compliance Analyst to join our Bermuda risk and compliance team, delivering governance, risk and regulatory solutions for (re)insurance clients.

The successful candidate will design and implement GRC frameworks, lead compliance projects, and collaborate with senior leadership to strengthen regulatory, financial crime and sanctions controls across client portfolios.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' AML/ATF compliance experience with a Bermuda RFI.
• Experience designing and implementing GRC frameworks for insurers.
• Strong knowledge of Bermuda regulatory environment and financial crime rules.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement and maintain GRC frameworks for Bermuda entities and clients.
• Review and enhance client GRC frameworks, policies and procedures.
• Perform compliance assurance including AML file reviews and risk assessments.
• Design, test and monitor key compliance controls per policies and standards.
• Act as subject matter expert for GRC tech platforms and end-user training.
