Job summary

Salter Grange Limited in Berlin seeks an experienced EHS Campus Lead to steer Environmental, Health & Safety across a major data centre campus.

You will work closely with project leadership, contractors and clients to uphold high EHS standards and safety culture on a large site.

This senior role requires strong leadership, German regulatory knowledge and a proven track record in risk management and incident investigations.

Qualifications

• Senior EHS leadership experience on large-scale construction projects.
• Experience leading EHS across campuses or major sites.
• Strong knowledge of health & safety legislation and best practice.
• Experience managing contractors and multidisciplinary EHS teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead EHS strategy and delivery across the data centre campus.
• Manage and develop the EHS team and site safety culture.
• Ensure compliance with German legislation, client requirements and EHS standards.
• Oversee risk assessments, permits and safe systems of work.
• Lead site inspections, audits, investigations and corrective actions.
• Monitor contractor EHS performance and report KPIs.
• Develop and deliver EHS training and toolbox talks.
• Drive continuous improvement and close out EHS issues.
