Job summary

Salter Grange Limited is seeking an experienced Environmental, Health & Safety Advisor to join a leading international constructor delivering critical projects across London and Europe. You will support the implementation of the EHS strategy, ensuring compliance and helping drive a positive safety culture on site.

Reporting to the EHS Lead, the role focuses on implementing policies, inspections, training and oversight of subcontractors for complex environments such as data centres and life

Qualifications

• Third-level qualification in EHS, Health & Safety or related discipline.
• 3+ years' experience on large-scale construction or commercial projects.
• Strong knowledge of H&S legislation and site-based compliance.
• Highly organised, proactive and detail-focused.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Implement EHS policies and guidance across the project.
• Maintain EHS documentation, procedures and compliance standards.
• Carry out inspections, audits, risk assessments and incident investigations.
• Deliver EHS training and toolbox talks.
• Monitor subcontractor compliance and engage project stakeholders.
• Support the wider team in maintaining a proactive safety culture.
