Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Team Member to join the team at Victoria & Albert Museum.

Our cafes and restaurant at V&A have a mix of brasserie style food, freshly made sandwiches, wraps, and salads.

We are predominantly day time shifts, meaning we offer one of the best work-life balances in hospitality. You will be responsible for taking orders, making coffees, running food, and looking after sections.

• You are passionate and articulate about food and beverage.
• Ensuring the customer's experience is maintained at all times to the highest standard.
• Ensuring that food safety standards are followed at all times.
• General cleaning duties and general tasks across the site.

We are looking for experience in customer service; full training will be provided. However, a smile, dedication to exceeding customer expectations, and being a great team player are essential.

Qualifications

We Offer:

Rate: £11.44 per hour

Shifts: 5 days out of 7

Contract: Full Time/ Permanent
