Job description

We are looking for an experienced Pizza Chef to join the team at The Pavilion Cafe, Greenwich park.

Open 7 days a week. The Pavilion Cafe situated at the top of Greenwich Park serves freshly made sourdough pizzas from a high speed stone based oven, we also serve a range of sandwiches, and a selection of modern British mains. The restaurant operates from 8am-5pm.

Shifts: 5 days out of 7

Contract: Full Time

About the Pizza Chef role:

• Preparing sauce and toppings
• Supporting the kitchen team with food preparation

The ideal candidate will have experience working as a pizza chef within a fast-paced kitchen and experience in hand stretched pizza making.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will have experience working as a pizza chef, hand stretching doughs at speed, topping and cooking pizzas, within a fast-paced, high volume kitchen.
