Job description

We are seeking an experienced Cafe Supervisor to join the team at Ashmolean Museum.

The Ashmolean Museum, founded in 1683, is the University of Oxford's museum of art and archaeology and the oldest public museum in the UK.

We Offer:

• Rate: £13.50 per hour
• Shifts: 5 days out of 7 / Mon - Mon
• Contract: Full-Time / Permanent

About the Cafe Supervisor role:

• Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring high standards of products and service
• Supervise, manage, and motivate the team
• Support management in improving sales and service
• Maintain high levels of Food Safety and Health & Safety standards

The ideal candidate will have good food and beverage knowledge, along with outstanding customer service and leadership skills.
