Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Cafe Supervisor to join the team at The Burrell Collection, Pollok Country Park.

Our outlets within the Burrell Collection include:

• A restaurant offering hearty, healthy, and tasty options for families and guests, including burgers and salads to cater for everyone.
• An espresso bar at the main entrance providing a space for quick drinks or snacks while enjoying the Burrell.

About the Cafe Supervisor role:

1. Oversee daily operations, ensuring our products and service standards are maintained at the highest level.
2. Supervise, manage, and motivate the team.
3. Support management in improving sales and service quality.
4. Ensure high standards of Food Safety and Health & Safety are consistently upheld.

The ideal candidate will have strong food and beverage knowledge, excellent customer service skills, and leadership qualities.
