Job summary

Essity is seeking an E-commerce Content Associate Manager for the Benelux region. You will drive best-in-class digital shelf execution, content excellence and product content syndication across key retailers.

You will lead localisation, asset coordination and shelf performance, reporting to the Global E-Commerce Media & Content Lead while coordinating with Marketing, Commercial and Regulatory teams. You will manage content uploads, ensure accuracy, compliance and consistency, and use tools like

Qualifications

• Proven experience in eCommerce content management, digital content or marketplace operations.
• End-to-end content processes from briefing to publication and optimisation.
• Hands-on with Salsify or similar PIM platforms is essential.
• Experience managing PDPs, A+ content and digital shelf optimisation.
• Familiarity with content analytics tools like Profitero or eStore.
• Experience with digital asset management systems and asset tagging.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end eCommerce content process from briefing to publication and ongoing optimisation.
• Develop clear content briefs for internal and external partners.
• Manage product content creation including copy, imagery and A+ content.
• Lead content syndication to retailers and marketplaces.
• Monitor publication status and ensure content goes live as planned.
• Track digital shelf performance and optimise visibility and conversions.
• Coordinate content approval workflows across teams.
• Build dashboards and report on key content and shelf KPIs.
