Job description

International Benefits Operations Specialist

Salary Range: £78,000 - £83,000 per year.

We’re hiring for one of the most exciting names in global tech — a business that’s scaling smart, moving fast, and building products that impact millions every day. They run lean, move quickly, and value people who know how to get things done.

Right now, they need a true benefits operations expert to join their People team — someone who’s confident, competent, and can hit the ground running.

This is a 6-month contract (with a strong chance to extend), fully remote within the UK. You’ll be supporting their global benefits operations function — ensuring smooth delivery of benefits processes across multiple countries, systems, and providers.

What we're looking for:
  • Hands-on Workday experience — particularly with the benefits and absence module. If you’ve helped build or maintain plans, we want to hear about it.
  • Experience managing leaves of absence and Tier 2 employee queries — escalations, problem-solving, and clear communication are your thing.
  • Operational ownership of benefits vendors and providers — including invoicing, renewals, and PO tracking.
  • Comfort navigating global processes — especially across EMEA and APAC regions.
  • Someone who can name the vendors, countries, and programmes they’ve worked with — specifics matter.

This isn’t a comp & reward strategy role. It’s hands-on, detail-heavy, and delivery-focused. The kind of role where you’ll be in the middle of everything — resolving issues, keeping processes tight, and partnering with payroll, systems, and regional teams.

Sound like your thing? Apply now — but please bring the detail.

We’re looking for candidates who can speak the language of benefits operations and back it up with examples.

Please note that if you are NOT a passport holder of the country for the vacancy you might need a work permit. Check our Blog for more information.
