E.ON UK is recruiting a Reward & Benefits Specialist to own and enhance our employee benefits portfolio. You will influence stakeholders, manage projects, and shape our reward experience during business transformation.

Reporting to the Reward & Performance Lead Consultant, you will work with Colleague Services to deliver a compelling EVP, attract and retain talent, and drive the broader reward agenda across the organisation.

You'll ensure it supports our Employee Value Proposition (EVP), attracts and retains talent, and delivers an engaging colleague experience, while contributing to the broader reward agenda.

You should have proven experience influencing stakeholders, managing projects, and delivering reward initiatives—especially in benefits management, implementation, and engagement. Candidates with backgrounds in employee benefits, reward advisory, communications, marketing, or contract management are welcome.
