Job description

Global law firm headquartered in the US with a fantastic reputation is recruiting for a Benefits & Payroll Co-Ordinator to join their team.

You’ll be the main point of contact for all pension and benefit-related queries and work closely with the payroll team within accounts to manage the monthly payroll and run and check the benefits provider reports.

Key duties will include:

  1. Implementing the benefits strategy for the London Office in conjunction with the firm’s benefits broker and the HR Director.
  2. Ensuring the firm’s benefits offerings stay competitive within the market.
  3. Introducing new benefits and amending existing ones, working with the Marketing team to launch these.
  4. Coordinating the annual benefits renewal process in conjunction with the HR Director.
  5. Assisting the generalist HR team in benchmarking salary data for the annual salary and bonus review process.
  6. Being the primary contact for all brokers, benefit vendors, and administrators, and managing those relationships.
  7. Participating actively in the Wellness Committee.

To be successful, you will already be working in Benefits & Payroll within a professional, office environment, with knowledge of integrated benefits systems. You should be highly collaborative, organized, interested in the subject matter, and comfortable with project work. Good Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel, are essential.
