What this job involves:

The Benefits Manager, UK&I, will be responsible for managing and providing leadership to the HR Operations team across all benefits including Health and Welfare, Retirement, and Financial and Physical Wellness. Plans, directs, and controls the activities and staff involved in the implementation and administration of company employee benefit programs. Serves as a subject matter expert and provides guidance to Tier 1 team on employee queries. Supports the Benefits CoE in developing processes and procedures to drive operational efficiencies.

What your day-to-day will look like:
  • Benefits Delivery: Manage end-to-end cyclical activities such as benefit renewals, communications, regulatory reporting, and documentation. Support Tier 1 in resolving complex benefits-related queries. Maintain benefits communications and leverage provider resources to drive engagement. Collaborate with HR Ops to develop and improve processes, ensuring consistency and efficiency. Oversee benefits system changes and new program implementations. Manage vendor relationships and invoicing.
  • Data Integrity Management: Oversee compliance, vendor utilization, and external relationships. Track metrics, manage audits, and address compliance risks. Monitor invoicing and costs related to UK benefits. Act as escalation point for data compliance issues.
  • Governance: Manage benefits programs in line with the operating framework, including pensions, healthcare, and other perks. Maintain program inventories and policies. Proactively review and recommend enhancements.
  • Process Efficiency/Management: Assess and resolve data issues programmatically. Improve procedures and user experience. Collaborate across departments to ensure operational success. Support open enrollments and build strong internal and external relationships.
  • UK Transitions: Support UK business with TUPE benefits transfers. Provide analysis on benefits usage and ROI.
  • Stakeholder Management: Build relationships with key stakeholders to deliver change initiatives. Monitor compliance with legal and statutory requirements, ensuring proactive communication and resource management.

  • Workday HRIS knowledge
