A prominent recruitment firm is seeking a Benefits Manager to oversee benefits and wellbeing provision across Europe & APAC. The ideal candidate will have experience in benefits consulting and be skilled in employee engagement and communication. This role emphasizes enhancing the employee experience and involves significant vendor management and strategic implementation. You'll work in an environment that values employee satisfaction, leveraging technology to improve benefits access. This position requires in-office days weekly in Liverpool Street.
We are delighted to be working with one of the biggest names in asset management to find them a Benefits Manager. This newly created role will focus on delivering and managing their benefits and wellbeing provision across Europe & APAC, as well as manage relationships with their benefits vendors, overseeing onboarding (and any retrospective onboarding) and performance management to ensure a smooth and efficient program delivery. This role will influence the development and execution of regional wellbeing programs, ensuring the initiatives meet the business needs and that awareness is high across the region. There is a strong emphasis on the employee experience within their benefits ecosystem and on moving the employee engagement dial, leveraging technology to create a user experience that delights employees.
