Overview

We are delighted to be working with one of the biggest names in asset management to find them a Benefits Manager. This newly created role will focus on delivering and managing their benefits and wellbeing provision across Europe & APAC, as well as manage relationships with their benefits vendors, overseeing onboarding (and any retrospective onboarding) and performance management to ensure a smooth and efficient program delivery. This role will influence the development and execution of regional wellbeing programs, ensuring the initiatives meet the business needs and that awareness is high across the region. There is a strong emphasis on the employee experience within their benefits ecosystem and on moving the employee engagement dial, leveraging technology to create a user experience that delights employees.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver and manage benefits and wellbeing provision across Europe & APAC.
  • Manage relationships with benefits vendors, overseeing onboarding (and any retrospective onboarding) and performance management to ensure smooth program delivery.
  • Support the design and implementation of benefits strategies, offering innovative ideas and best practices to enhance the effectiveness of the benefit provision across the region.
  • Influence the development and execution of regional wellbeing programs to meet business needs and raise awareness across the region.
  • Design and execute communications around provision choice and selection; design socialisation strategies to promote engagement and education for both end users and stakeholder audiences.
