The Benefits Lead will be responsible for managing and executing the Bank’s pensions and benefits strategy for their respective region/entity coverage. This role involves working closely with Reward colleagues and local management teams to ensure that the Bank’s benefits programs align with our goal of being an employer of choice and adhere to all regulatory requirements and group policies.
