Job Description

The benefits team is part of the Global Total Rewards function within HR and supports the attraction and retention of company talents. You will support the strategic development, implementation, and maintenance of our benefit programmes, including retirement plans, life and disability insurance, medical insurance, flexible benefits, and wellbeing programmes.

You will report to the EMEA regional benefits manager and be located in one of our UK offices.

Your Responsibilities:
  1. Participate in the strategic development of benefits, retirement, and wellbeing strategies.
  2. Manage relationships with vendors, brokers, consultants, and partners to ensure compliance with regulations and company policies.
  3. Lead the implementation and project management of new programmes and plan design changes.
  4. Analyze programme use, identify trends, and recommend improvements.
  5. Develop benefits, retirement, and wellbeing communications, ensuring clarity, consistency, and current content.
  6. Ensure familiarity with company procedures and compliance with government laws.
  7. Support benefits processes such as renewals, surveys, and escalation of benefits queries.
  8. Create business cases for benefits in EMEA, including market research, legal requirements, and cost estimations.
  9. Provide customer service to employees, internal partners, and external vendors.
The Essentials - You Will Have:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Human Resources, or equivalent experience.
  • 5 years of benefits and retirement plan management experience in a multinational organization, including 3 years in the UK HR context.
  • Experience managing and protecting confidential data.
  • Experience managing outsourced vendors.
  • Negotiation skills and experience working with works councils and unions.
  • Involvement in mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, due diligence, and integration.
  • Proficiency with project management tools, SharePoint, and Teams.
The Preferred - You Might Also Have:
  • Knowledge of EMEA benefit laws and regulations.
  • Strong understanding of statistics and market trends.
  • Ability to develop relationships with partners.
  • High-level Excel skills.
  • Execution and problem-solving capabilities.
